Automate your website or web app: let orders, requests and bookings handle themselves
A form is filled in and someone copies it into the CRM. An order arrives and someone writes the confirmation by hand. A booking is made and nobody sends the reminder. Your website or web app can do all of that on its own. We build the automations into it, and teach you to add the next ones yourself with AI.
Signs your site should be doing more of the work
- Requests from the site arrive by email, and someone retypes them into the CRM or a spreadsheet.
- Order confirmations, invoices or documents are sent by hand.
- Bookings live in one place and the calendar in another.
- Customers wait for a reply or a quote that the site could send straight away.
- A weekly report on orders or leads is put together by hand from the site's data.
What we automate
- Forms and requests that land in your CRM, spreadsheet or inbox already structured, with the right person notified.
- Orders: confirmations, invoices, status updates and stock or price changes, without manual steps.
- Bookings: calendar entries, confirmations and reminders for you and your customers.
- Integrations between your site and the services you already use: payments, email, messengers, accounting.
- Scheduled jobs: reports, data checks and reminders that run on time without anyone starting them.
Where AI helps, and where a plain rule is better
Not every step needs AI. A rule like "orders over a set amount go to the manager" is cheaper, faster and completely predictable. AI earns its place where the input is messy: a free-text request that has to be sorted, a document a customer uploads, a reply that needs drafting. We use each where it fits, and wherever a mistake would be costly, the AI step hands its result to a person to confirm.
Built into your site, extended by you
Automations stitched together from separate subscriptions are hard to see and harder to change. We build them into your own website or web app instead, in accounts registered to you, with a log of what ran and when. You learn to change a rule, add a step or connect a new service with Claude Code, so the next automation is one you build yourself.
If your site itself needs work first, or your team needs tools of its own, these pages cover it:
How it works
Analysis
We look at what happens after a visitor fills in a form, orders or books, and pick the steps worth automating first.
Foundation
We build the core automations into your site or app: the data flows, the integrations, the scheduled jobs and a log you can read.
Training
You learn to maintain and extend the automations with Claude Code, on your own site.
What comes next
You get a list of what else is worth automating in your site, so you know where to take it from here.
Price
The Solo plan is $450, fixed and paid upfront, with a 100% refund on request. It covers the analysis, the core automations and one-on-one training for one person. If several people will work on the site and its automations, the Team plan is $1,900, with training for up to 15 people. The services your automations use — hosting, AI subscriptions, any paid integrations — are paid by you, in your own name.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our CRM or accounting system?
Usually not. We connect your site to the systems you already use. If one of them has no way to exchange data, we tell you during the analysis, before anything is built.
Our site is on Tilda, Wix or WordPress. Can it be automated?
Partly, within what the platform allows. Often the automations are the reason to move to a site you own, where nothing limits them. We look at both options during the analysis.
Why not a ready-made no-code automation service?
For a simple link between two services it is often enough, and if that is all you need, we will say so. When a process has many steps, works with your site's own data or gets more expensive with every run, building it into the site is easier to change and to see.
Who looks after the automations afterwards?
You, or your team. That is what the training is for: changing a rule, adding a step or connecting a new service with Claude Code, without waiting for a developer.
How much does it cost?
$450 on the Solo plan for one person, or $1,900 on the Team plan for up to 15 people, fixed and paid upfront.
