Internal tools without developers: let your team build what it needs

Your sales, operations and marketing people know exactly which tools they are missing — the dashboard nobody has time to build, the report someone assembles by hand every Monday, the form that should feed the CRM. With AI, they can now build those tools themselves. We lay the foundation, teach them how and stay by their side.

Signs your team needs tools of its own

  • Someone spends hours every week copying data between spreadsheets, the CRM and email.
  • Requests for small tools sit in the developer or IT backlog for months.
  • You pay for several SaaS subscriptions that each do only part of what you need.
  • An important process lives in one person's spreadsheet, and nobody else can change it.
  • Your team works around its tools instead of the tools working for the team.

What teams build themselves

  • Dashboards and reports on top of the CRM, accounting or sales data you already have.
  • Internal forms and request flows: approvals, orders, leave requests, onboarding checklists.
  • CRM add-ons and simple client portals.
  • Calculators, price lists and quote generators.
  • Automations that move data between the services you already use.

Why the people who do the work should build the tools

A developer has to learn your process before building anything, and every later change goes back into the queue. Your specialists already know the process inside out — what was missing is the ability to build. With an AI coding assistant like Claude Code, that is a skill a marketer or an operations manager can learn in weeks, not years. The result is tools that fit the work exactly, and change the same day the work changes.

Built on a foundation, not on improvisation

Tools that different people build ad hoc quickly turn into a tangle nobody can maintain. That is why we start with the architecture: one shared foundation with a clear structure, access to your data, user roles and a safe way to publish changes — set up for several people building at once. Your team builds on it, not around it.

How it works

  1. Analysis

We look at your team's processes and tools, and list what is worth building first — and what is better bought than built.

  2. Foundation

We design and build the shared foundation: structure, data access, roles and safe publishing.

  3. Training

Up to 15 people learn to build with Claude Code — on your own tools, not on abstract exercises.

  4. The first tools

Your team builds its first tools while we review and stay on hand. An AI automation review of the team's processes shows what to tackle next.

Price

The Team plan is $1,900, fixed and paid upfront. It covers the analysis, the foundation, training for up to 15 people and an AI automation review of your team's processes; the timeline is agreed after the analysis. If one person will build the tools, the Solo plan is $450. For several departments, or rules that need agreeing with IT, see the Company plan. Hosting and AI subscriptions — including a paid Claude plan for each person who builds — are paid by you, in your own name.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to let non-developers build tools?

Yes, when they build on a proper foundation. Access rules, the data structure and publishing are set up once by us; your team builds within them, and every change can be checked before it goes live and undone if needed.

Do my people need coding experience?

No. They describe what they need in plain language and Claude Code writes the code. What they learn is how to ask, how to check the result and how to publish safely.

What if a tool needs a real developer?

Some things — complex integrations or heavy data processing — are better done properly once. We point them out during the analysis, and that work becomes part of the foundation we build.

What will our IT department say?

Most IT teams welcome it: fewer small requests in their queue. In larger companies we first agree the architecture and rules with IT — that is what the Company plan is for.

How much does it cost?

$1,900 on the Team plan for up to 15 people, or $450 on the Solo plan for one person, fixed. Larger programs are scoped after a call.
