Web app development: a fixed-price foundation you keep building on

Diese Seite ist noch nicht in Ihrer Sprache verfügbar — die englische Version wird angezeigt.

A client portal, a booking system, a catalogue, the first version of your SaaS: you know exactly what it should do. We build the foundation of your web app, the part that takes experience, and teach you to build every next feature yourself with AI. On the Solo plan it is one fixed price, $450, whatever the size of the app.

Signs it is time for a web app

  • Customers call or email for things they could do themselves: book, order, check a status.
  • A spreadsheet has quietly become the core of the business, and only one person understands it.
  • You pay for a SaaS product that fits your process only halfway.
  • Your idea has waited months because the quotes were too high or the developers too busy.

What we build

  • Client portals and personal accounts: orders, documents, statuses, messages.
  • Booking and scheduling systems with reminders and payments.
  • Catalogues and marketplaces with search, filters and seller accounts.
  • SaaS MVPs: sign-up, subscriptions or payments, an admin panel and the core feature that makes the product.
  • Internal web apps for your team, running on the same kind of foundation.

What you get

  • The architecture and foundation of your web app: structure, data, user accounts, core features and a safe way to publish changes.
  • A product that works on phones, tablets and computers, in the browser.
  • Code, hosting and domain in accounts registered to you from day one.
  • One-on-one training, so you add features yourself with Claude Code — or, on the Team plan, up to 15 people on your team do.
  • Bonus: an AI automation plan for the rest of your business.

Web, not native apps

We build for the web. A web app runs in the browser on any device, including phones, from one codebase, with no app store reviews and no separate versions to keep in step. We do not build native iOS or Android apps. For most portals, booking systems, catalogues and first versions of a product, the web is the faster and cheaper way to reach customers.

Web apps built this way

Two of our own products, built with AI on the same approach:

How it works

  1. Analysis

We study your business, your users and what the app has to do for them on day one.

  2. Concept

We agree on the structure, the screens and the core features with you, before anything is built.

  3. Foundation

We build the architecture and the core of the app, and publish it on accounts in your name.

  4. Training

About three one-hour one-on-one sessions on your own app, until you are comfortable adding features yourself.

Price

$450 on the Solo plan, fixed, whatever the size of the app. We do not count screens or features: we build the foundation, and you add the rest after the training. A Solo project usually takes two to four weeks, is paid upfront, and you get a 100% refund on request. If several people will build on the app, the Team plan trains up to 15 of them for $1,900. Hosting, the domain and AI subscriptions are paid by you, in your own name.

Frequently asked questions

Is it really $450 for any web app?

Yes, on the Solo plan. We build the architecture and the core features, and you build the rest after the training, so the price does not depend on the number of screens or features.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. A web app works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. It is not a native iOS or Android app, and you do not need one to reach customers on their phones.

I have no technical background. Can I really add features myself?

Yes. You describe the feature in plain language and Claude Code writes the code; you learn how to ask, how to check the result and how to publish it safely. The foundation is designed to make that easy.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. The code, hosting and domain are in accounts registered to you, so nobody can hold your product hostage.

How long does it take?

A Solo project usually takes two to four weeks, from the analysis to the end of the training.
