Pricing: three plans, fixed prices
Diese Seite ist noch nicht in Ihrer Sprache verfügbar — die englische Version wird angezeigt.
No hourly rates, no estimates that double halfway through, no monthly retainer. We build the architecture of your product — the part that needs experience — and teach you or your team to build the rest with AI. Here is what each plan includes, what you pay for separately, and how it compares with hiring an agency or a freelancer.
The three plans
| Solo | Team | Company | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who it is for | Solo founders and small businesses | Teams and growing companies | Larger companies with several departments |
| Price | $450, fixed | $1,900, fixed | Custom, after a call |
| People we train | 1, one-on-one | Up to 15 | Several teams |
| What we build | The architecture and foundation of your website or web app | The same, set up for several people building at once | Architecture, rules and AI infrastructure agreed with your IT |
| AI automation | Bonus: an AI automation plan | A review of your team's processes | Strategy and pilots |
| Payment | Upfront | Upfront | Agreed per project |
What every plan includes
- An analysis of your business, your processes and the tools or product you use today.
- The architecture of the new product, and its foundation built by us: structure, data, core features and a safe way to publish changes.
- Practical AI training on your own product, so you or your team can build the rest yourselves.
- An AI automation plan for your business — deeper on the Team and Company plans.
What we build — and what you build
We build the part that needs experience: the architecture and the foundation. You — or your team — build the details on top of it with AI: pages, features, content, integrations. That is why the price does not depend on the size of the product. A landing page, a company website, an online store, a client portal or an internal tool all cost the same, because we do not count pages or features: after the training you add them yourselves.
- Not included: native mobile apps for iOS and Android. We build for the web only.
- Paid separately, directly by you: third-party services such as hosting, domain names and AI subscriptions. They are registered in your name, so you own them and nobody can hold them hostage.
How payment and delivery work
Tell us about your business
Describe what you want to build or change, and who will work on it. We reply with an honest view of whether we are a good fit and which plan suits you.
Pay upfront: $450 or $1,900
One payment for the whole project. There will be no further invoices from us for it. The Company plan is scoped and priced after a call.
Analysis, architecture and training
We analyze, agree on the concept with you, build the foundation and teach you to build on it with AI along the way. Most Solo projects take two to four weeks; for Team we agree on the timeline after the analysis.
Not happy? Get 100% back
On the fixed plans, if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund and you get the full amount back.
How this compares with an agency or a freelancer
| Agency | Freelancer | YourLastDev | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical price for a custom website or web app | $5,000–$50,000+ | $1,000–$15,000 | $450 (Solo) or $1,900 (Team), fixed |
| How you are billed | Estimate plus change requests | Hourly or per milestone | One payment upfront |
| Typical timeline | 1–4 months | Varies widely | 2–4 weeks for Solo |
| Changes after launch | Retainer or new invoice | New invoice, if they are available | You or your team make them with AI |
| Who owns the code and accounts | Depends on the contract | Often the freelancer's accounts | You, from day one |
Agency and freelancer figures are typical market ranges for small and medium projects. They vary a lot by country, scope and seniority.
Why can it cost so little?
Three reasons. First, we build the foundation, not every detail — the details are what you learn to add yourself. Second, AI has made building software many times faster, and we pass that on instead of billing the old hours. Third, our model does not depend on you coming back: we do not earn from change requests or retainers, so there is no reason to make the product complicated.
The real saving comes afterwards. A product you and your team can change yourselves has no maintenance invoices — the most expensive part of owning software over its lifetime.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan do I need?
Solo, if one person — usually the owner — will build and maintain the product. Team, if several people will work on it or you want tools for a whole department. Company, if you need several teams, AI infrastructure or rules agreed with your IT department.
Is Solo really $450 regardless of the size of the project?
Yes. We build the architecture and the foundation, and you build the rest after the training, so we do not count pages or features. Any website or web app costs the same $450.
What if more than 15 people need training?
Tell us how many people and which teams are involved. That is usually the Company plan, which we scope after a call.
Do you build mobile apps?
Not native iOS or Android apps. We build websites and web apps, which work in the browser on any device, including phones.
What if I am not satisfied?
On the fixed plans, ask for a refund and you get 100% of the payment back.
What else will I pay for?
Only third-party services the product needs, such as hosting, a domain name or an AI subscription. You pay the providers directly, in your own name. Many small products run on free or low-cost hosting tiers.
Is there a subscription or a support fee?
No. There is no subscription and no retainer. After the training you handle everyday changes yourselves — but you are not left on your own: when you get stuck or need help with something bigger, we are here.
